WEX is CareerVision's Work Experience Database, developed in consultation with our customer base and designed specifically for professionals who co-ordinate work experience placements for young people. 

The system comprises a work experience module for work experience teams, a teacher module for teaching/schools administration staff involved in the process and a web-based student portal.

WEX has been designed to ensure all young people are allocated an appropriate placement according to choice and location; to reduce administration time for work experience professionals and teaching staff; to minimise data entry and the need for paperwork; and to allow flexible and effective reporting.

One of the greatest time saving features of our work experience system is the automatic matching function which boasts a typical match rate of 60-75%.   The system has been further developed to include the new Diplomas and currently under development is the Work Related Learning module.
