Navigator

Navigator was developed as a bespoke piece of software for one of our London based customers who are a charitable organisation offering advice and guidance for young people aged 13 to 25 who are at risk of social exclusion. Their aim is to provide a one-stop shop to meet ALL young people's needs and address their root cause.

Navigator is a fully web-enabled database that allows the recording of young people's details and the type and level of support required. The program allows the recording of the young person's detailed situation for specific issues such as substance misuse, youth offences, family issues, sexual health and housing/homelessness issues and the actions taken in supporting the young person.

Navigator has a library of crystal reports to meet the needs of statutory and local reporting requirements, often to satisfy the requirements of the various funding streams.  As with each of our product the reports can be accessed via Navigator and run using different data parameters.
