e-YS

e-YS is our fully web-enabled market leading database system for the recording and reporting of youth activities. 

Initially developed in consultation with our South Yorkshire Youth Service customers and leading bodies such as the NYA, e-YS provides key management information such as demographic statistics, participation levels (NI110) and recorded and accredited outcomes.  In addition the system allows for the planning and evaluation of youth projects and sessions as well as the recording of young person, staff and volunteer attendance.

Reporting is one of the most important aspects of any system and CareerVision have addressed this by providing a library of reports that are available through e-YS.   These reports may be adapted by the customer to meet local requirements.   And, if that isn't enough CareerVision will also provide you with open access to your database empowering you to write your own reports.
