Core+ Reception Log

Another popular add-on to complement the Core+ CCIS Database; the Core+ Reception Log has been developed to record callers/visitors to Connexions and Careers Service Centre's.  The Reception Log allows the efficient monitoring of waiting times as well as busy and quiet periods of the day, week and month.

Core+ Reception Log uses information from the young person's record within Core+ CCIS and through the use of input wizards centre staff are able to record the call/visit time, type, any referral details and the call/visit completion time.

As with other Core+ CCIS modules, Reception Log comes complete with screen design facilities and customisable look-up tables to ensure that the appropriate information is collected in an accurate and effective manner.
