Core+ CCIS
Core+CCIS is CareerVision's market leading CCIS (Client Caseload Information System) solution, used by more than half the local authorities in England as well as careers services in Wales, the Channel Islands and Overseas.
Our Core+ database has been purposely built for the Careers and Connexions Services to record information about young people, organisations and employment/training opportunities in line with the statutory requirements of the DCSF. Not forgetting the users of the system, the system includes search screens, input wizards and prompts to assist in maintaining data accuracy as well as ease of use.
Core+ includes every thing you would expect from a comprehensive CCIS system including clients current situation history, target groups, interventions, qualifications, benefits, submissions to vacancies and many more, not forgetting the September Guarantee and the recording of the Positive Activities survey.
Not just a database....Core+ CCIS comprises a suite of utility programs for the import of data, mass updating of records, merging of records and general data maintenance. Perhaps the most sung about feature of the system is the MI (Management Information) program. This is a unique program developed to meet the stringent NCCIS requirements of the DCSF. The MI Program allows data to be viewed, totals calculated and a drill down facility to individual record details. The data presented can be archived and subsequently used for reporting and analysis, with a direct XML transfer to the NCCIS website.
