When implementing a new system CareerVision use PRINCE2 methodologies to ensure a project is well managed by meeting the specified objectives within the agreed timescales, quality standards and budget. 

Each of CareerVision's Project Managers has achieved the PRINCE2 Practitioners Qualification.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. It is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and Public Sector organisations and is widely recognised and utilised in the private sector.

PRINCE2 has facilitated both CareerVision and its customers in the project management and control of new implementations through identifying key responsibilities and tasks to produce successful outcomes whilst also building the foundation for good customer relationships.
